How We Work


We start by sitting down with you. We get to know you and your business. We find out how you work and how you need your phone system to work. Then, with that information in mind, we put together a Request for Proposal or RFP and distribute to vendors.

Next, we analyze vendors’ bids – creating a spreadsheet summarizing the information and giving you our top three recommendations. The final three then come in for a presentation, so you can see firsthand how their products work.

After that, we’ll tell you our favorite and why – so you can make an informed final decision. Once you do, we go over the contract with a fine-tooth comb, negotiate the lowest prices and oversee installation.

Typically, the process up to installation takes from 60 to 90 days. However, when there’s a deadline to meet, we’ve done it in as few as 30 days.
